Well before the first radio-controlled toy boat was unveiled in 1898 by Nikola Tesla at the then just completed Madison Square Garden, the concept of “A.i.” has occupied the minds of mankind.

Meet, Dennis DeMarcus, an accomplished Ethics professor and champion of the group “P.E.A.C.E.”, the “Pursuit of Ethical  Artificial Consciousness and Empathy”.    A solid man with a good reputation, “Den” lives in a near-future time in our civilization when machine learning has progressed beyond our good intentions, approaching what some believe will be humanity’s downfall...machine consciousness.

Ever the positive one, Dennis sees A.i.’s evolution as a good thing for all...as long as the technology, and we, act ethically. His best friend of over 20 years, Marine Corps Colonel Dwaine Sharpe, has seen firsthand the destructive power of A.i., and is unable to maintain such an unblemished opinion of the ‘robots’ and their kind.
